Sending & Returns
Speedclean Benelux carries a large stock and tries to ship your purchased items the same day you have bought them from us. We work with UPS, DHL, Fedex (TNT) and more carriers. This allows us to deliver 95% of deliveries within 1-2 working days within NL/BE/DE. When you have ordered something that we do not have in stock, we will contact you in advance to discuss the delivery!
At Speedclean Benelux it is possible to send back purchased items within 8 days. After this period it is no longer possible to return products. We would like to receive the equipment undamaged and in the original packaging. If there is damage or missing parts, no refund will be made.
The standard warranty on Speedclean products is 1 year for manufacturing defects. Within this period we will repair the product free of charge and in the worst case replace it with a new one. Defects due to incorrect or unprofessional use will not be reimbursed. Always contact the Speedclean Benelux customer service before returning products for warranty cases.
